All ExtenTrac Certified Doctors undergo extensive training directly with Advanced Back Technologies, Inc., and learn hands-on at the training facility located in Hauppauge, New York. The training is under the direction of the inventors of M3D technology. The training consists of classroom education regarding the assessment, diagnosis and treatment protocols for various spinal conditions including non-surgical management of herniated discs, disc bulges, Degenerative disc disease and facet syndrome. There is hands-on training for using the ExtenTrac M3D (multi-directional disc dynamics) therapeutic table. This training, along with the advancement of this spinal decompression unit gives their doctors the latest and cutting-edge technological and medical knowledge in the non-surgical management of spinal conditions. The ability their doctors have to apply multiple-protocols to various conditions is unique in the field of "spinal decompression" and as a result, they have a very positive patient satisfaction and assessment.
